Designed in typical Lancashire style, this residential development at Garden Street married contemporary chic with cutting edge urban style. The apartments were carefully designed to maximise use of space and light. Juliet style balconies were added to the front of the building and this added interest to the elevations. All the apartments included a car-parking space.

To preserve the Victorian heritage of the surrounding area, the building was constructed with a period stone finish that allowed it to blend comfortably within its surroundings. The Garden Street development provided an honest expression of modern design combined with the best of period aesthetics.
